Mitt favorit citat är ur första Harry Potter boken;

"Välkomna till ett nytt år på Hogwarts! Innan vi börjar vår festmåltid, skulle jag vilja säga ett par ord. Och så här lyder de: Dumbom! Lipsill! Stolle! Tokskalle! Tack ska ni ha!"

Det är bara så himla roligt att jag nästan dör när jag hör det XD

Just nu kan jag inte citera så mycket rakt av då denna bok för tillfället står i en bokhylla långt bort, men ändå.

En av mina (många) favoriter ur Liftarens Guide till Galaxen är det där om att rymdskeppen hängde i luften "precis som tegelstenar inte gör". Love it!

(Fast nu kom jag på att "Liftaren..." snarare är sci-fi, ren fantasy har jag inget på lut)

En mening jag fastnat för är "you're only a sort of thing in his dream!" ur Alice i underlandet. Tvillingarna Tweedledum och Tweedledee förklarar för Alice varför man inte får väcka den röde kungen. Det fortsätter med en diskussion om ifall dom faktiskt kan väcka kungen när dom bara finns i hans dröm. För tvillingarna är resonemanget fullständigt självklart, för Alice och oss andra är det helt absurt.
