Trekbbs-användaren Andypandy såg Star Trek Beyond i Australien på galapremiären i Sydney. Och han är mycket positiv.

"I do believe this is the strongest of the three new-Gen films, and may be my favourite of all 13 - though this might be from the excitement of seeing the film for the first time.

It felt a lot more TOS at its best - and the one thing that comes to mind more than any other is the dynamic of the crew in the Search for Spock where they all play an integral role in the theft of the Enterprise. The team dynamic is definitely strongest in this of the three new-Gen films.

My personal belief is that it's the strongest of the three films both as a standalone story and as a "Star Trek" film. ​"
