We are happy to confirm that Enterprise will return this fall on UPN
Flera intervjuer med bl.a. Brannon Braga, David A. Goodman, Nana Visitor och Connor Trinneer.
Fråga: What do you think Gene Rodenberry would think about his creation now and what, if anything, could the producers do to improve the current product?
William Shatner: Unfortunately, the current product seems to have come to an end, which would be of no end of grief to Gene. I think perhaps the producers missed the essentials of Star Trek - that is, the colorful characters in conflict with each other and the outer world.
Fråga: What life lessons did you learn from creating and acting the persona of Captain James T. Kirk?
William Shatner: How to memorize ten pages in a day; how to stay alert for eighteen hours at a time; how to focus my forces when I needed them.
Fråga: Has your opinion of Star Trek:The Motion Picture changed with the director's version?
William Shatner: No, it didn't change too much. I thought it a little long and it got longer.
"I could not be more delighted. He's a major prospect for us. Along with Chris Black, Brannon [Braga] and myself, he'll be one of our co - executive producers. He's done a lot of writing and producing and also some directing. His last show was actually Odyssey 5, which I thought was a very, very interesting show."
"How can I describe it? It's sort of a Beauty and the Beast episode. We have a telepathic creature that has made contact with Hoshi [Linda Park]. He has the ability to telepathically delve into Hoshi's mind, basically because of her immense communicative skills ..."
"Does Paramount want to do another movie? I'm sure they do. As far as when, we have not begun to consider that yet. As far as who or what the film would be about, I don't have an instinct yet. It's far too premature for me to make an assumption about that. Sorry."
"I Presume they will call me eventually 'cause they haven't killed him off. And they've got to use him somewhere down the line."
"Silik basically wants to be ruler of the universe and he has sold his soul to these temporal Time travellers to have all this power. And if he doesn't succeed in his mission, he gets his powers taken away. But with Archer, he's the only one that I somewhat admire and respect. The relationship with Archer has become more intimate. But it's a game, a cat - and - mouse kind of thing. I try to prove who's the more superior, and he always seems to win for some reason."
Vi vet ännu inte när fortsättningen av Star Trek: Enterprise kommer sändas, förmodligen först till sommaren 2004. Troligen kommer vi att visa sista delen för den här säsongen i repris innan nästa säsong påbörjas.

"They are semi recurring characters. We want some new cool stuff on the ship. I've always thought our security forces on Star Trek looked a little lame - these guys running around in Starfleet uniforms with little pistols. I always thought it was kind of goofy. I think there's something interesting about having these solders on board. We can use them to highlight regular characters, because there's some inherent conflict to be had in it. Having them around will allow us to do some cool stuff on an action level, which will be evidenced in the first episode."
"These are not people we will see week after week and have to develop and highlight. That's not to say that one or two of them might not catch on, but they're here to service our regulars, not to supplant them."
"He's a Marine type who is sent to protect the Enterprise and its crew. I play part of a team called MACO - Military Assault Command Operations. So we're not part of the crew Par se, but we are on the ship and we're there to help out."
"So far, I've interacted with a lot with Hoshi, Linda Park's character, and Trip, Connor Trinneer's character, and Scott Bakula [Captain Archer], of course. We have a scene with [Dominic Keating's] Reed in the episode we're shooting now. I think we'll be interacting with everybody."
"I don't think I'm allowed to go into specifics, but lots of rifles and guns - all sorts of neat toys."
